Formerly Midland 1031 Exchange, we started in the fall of 1997 in a 690-square-foot office on Sanibel Island, Florida. Since then, we have grown in size and experience. We have state-of-the-art technology, smart data security, and the guaranteed best client service.

Equity 1031 Exchange maintains a fidelity bond and a professional insurance policy from a leading, independent insurance underwriter to protect our clients and the funds
they entrust to us. Equity 1031 Exchange uses a combination of methods to ensure the security of client information. This includes a firewall, an encryption, rigorous internal password policy, lockout hours, off-site backup, and a locked location for our servers. We also have a professional shredding service to dispose of important documentation.

We have facilitated exchanges all over the U.S. and have handled exchanges ranging from under $100,000 to over $10 million.
